An overcurrent was detected.

The cause of the error can be detailed by the Sub-ID:

0 - Phase U peak software overcurrent

The value of parameter 1112 was exceeded in phase U.


There are different error causes:

- on eof the motor winding has a winding circuit to another phase.

- a motor winding has a winding circuit, so that the inductance of the motor has decreased

- the supply line between inverter and motor is damaged.

- the current measurement may be damaged.

- the current measurement may have been disturbed by EMC interference.

1 - Phase V peak software overcurrent

The value of parameter 1112 was exceeded in phase V.

2 - Phase W peak software overcurrent

The value of parameter 1112 was exceeded in phase W.

- the current measurement may be damaged.

3 - Current Sum overcurrent

The current sum of all three phases has exceeded the value of parameter 1140.

The cause can be a current flow in the ground line or a damaged current measurement.


Fehleraktion

Ein Not-Aus wird durchgeführt.

Troubleshooting

The error can be acknowledged by an Error-Reset. Depending on the cause of the error (see above) there may be a hardware defect which muss lead to the replacement of the modstack, motor or cable.
