STO (114)

The Safe Torque Off (STO) input is operated or reports an error.

The cause of the error can be detailed by the Sub-ID:

0 - STO 5s-Supervision

Both STO inputs (STOA and STOB) must have the same value. If the values of both inputs are different for more than fife seconds the error is triggered with Sub-ID 0.

1 - STOA implausible

This error occurs when the 15V power supply of modstack does not exist (Error 103 SubID 5). If this error is not set, a hardware defect of the control board is possible.

2 - STOB implausible

The STOB input is put to several parts to digital inputs of the control board. There is maybe a hardware defect when error occur with Sub-ID 1 or 2.

Fehleraktion

Ein Not-Aus wird durchgeführt.

Troubleshooting

The error can be acknowledged by a restart of the device.
