Error Queue Overflow (2)

Parent Previous Next

The error memory contains a maximum number of storage locations for occurred error. Normally the maximum number is 10. This depends on the devices. If too many errors occur simultaneously then there will be an overflow of the error memory. To show the overflow the last occurred error will be replaced by the overflow error (Error-ID 2). All other errors will not be shown in the error history.

Each error has an action, that is performed when this error occurred. This action will be performed in any cases and also if the the error is not shown in the history. It can happen that the error history is filled with trivial errors, that do not shut off the converter and after that occurs a fatal error with a shut off but due to the overflow this fatal error is not shown in the history.

Errors can be reset by the button "Error-Reset" or via fieldbus by the plc.
