The BENTEC electronic modules may only be installed by qualified personnel. The installation has to be done based on the BENTEC electrical drawing. Please do not connect the unit to power supply before appropriate installation. Be sure to comply with national regulations for the installation and the selection of cables. A 2-pole disconnecting device should be inserted between instrument and mains supply. During modification, adjustment and range selection, appropriate safety measures against electrostatic discharge (ESD) are to be considered. The technician has to pay attention to the local rules for accident prevention.
This device corresponds to the regulation of the following guidelines:
The system will be delivered in compliance with the requirements of the following norms:
EN 61000-6-3: 2007 + A1:2011 Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) - Part 6-3: Generic standards - Emission standard for residential, commercial and light-industrial environments
EN 61000-6-2: 2005 Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) - Part 6-2: Generic standards - Immunity for industrial environments
EN 61326-3-1: 2008 Electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use - EMC requirements - Part 3-1: Immunity requirements for safety-related systems and for equipment intended to perform safety-related functions (functional safety) - General industrial applications
